If you should have a problem with one of our products, let us know and we will do everything possible to make it right for you. Vivarium Concepts charges 6.25% sales tax for Texas residents. All show sales are final. Vivarium Concepts will not be held responsible for products or livestock once you leave the immediate area. It is your responsibility to inspect your product or livestock before purchasing it. Shipping:Shipping cost are not refundable. All dry goods will be shipped Fed Ex ground or USPS priority, unless you request otherwise. Shipping days for dry goods are Monday through Thursdays. Orders for live goods are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, excluding holidays. Order for live goods placed on shipping days before 11 am CST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 am CST will ship the next shipping day for live goods. We guarantee live arrival if orders for live goods are shpiped Fed Ex overnight, or USPS express overnight. During temprature extremes, all live shipments will be assessed an additional $2-$4 charge for heat/cool paks and additional insulation. We may request your shipment be held for pick up at the Fed Ex office or post office to avoid excessive exposure to temprature extremes. We consider temprature extremes as anything below 40 degrees or anything above 85 degrees at either the departure point or the arrival destination. If you would like to check the weather at our location, you can do so by going this website. Our zip code is 75098. All animal orders are shipped Delta Dash or Fed Ex overnight. We guarantee live arrival if the following conditions are met: If we ship Delta Dash, you will need to be at the Delta cargo counter within 2 hours of the flight arrival to receive the package. Otherwise the live arrival guarantee is void. If we ship Fed Ex overnight someone will need to be present to receive the package. We will not be held responsible for packages left on the doorstep. We guarantee your animals will arrive alive and are healthy. Due to cirrucumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the animals after their arrival. If there is a problem after you receive your animals, it is your responsibility to contact us immediatly to discuss the problem, possible cause, and a solution. Sometimes an animal will fail to thrive for no aparent reason. Once your receive your animal and have given it time to settle in, if it is still not showing signs of improvment, contact us and we will discuss a solution. Each situation will be evaluated on an individual basis, and it will be our decision to replace the animal, or offer a refund. If we replace the animal, shipping charges will be your responsibility. Vivarium Concepts will not be held responsible for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect or unconfirmed addresses. Please make sure your shipping information is correct and up to date on your Paypal account. We will take every precaution neccessary to assure your merchandise arrives in good condition. Any damages must be reported to Vivarium Concepts within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
