dendrobates truncatus(yellow)Originally native to western Columbia. One of the smaller D. tinctorius, with adults reaching only 1"-1.25". Primarily a ground dweller, the truncatus will do well in a group setting with an adequate sized vivarium. In general, truncatus are very easy to care for making them an ideal choice for someone just starting in the hobby, or an interesting addition for the advanced hobbyist. Pictures
